What is a sports massage?
Sports massage therapy is a manipulation of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) in order to release tension and pain. This type of therapy benefits EVERYBODY!!! Not just those that partake in regular exercise. I advise my clients to have 1-2 massages per month as this will keep those aches at bay. We often have these aches due to our lifestyle and unless that changes then regular massages are required.

It can sometimes be uncomfortable but you are in control, if the pressure is too much then just let me know, I'm not here to hurt you. I also pride myself on providing a full and relaxing type of sport massage, rather than solely focusing on the painful area I want to make sure I cover all bases around that spot.
How does it work if you come to my house?

I bring all my kit including towels and my table is 190cm long and 68cm wide, and I need some space at the sides to walk round. I usually set up in clients living rooms and kitchens, if this isn't possible then anywhere with the space will do.
