Walk before you run

Fitness is overwhelming.


We think the only way to start is to join a gym and go 5 times a week and then we'll look like the instagram model. When that doesn't happen we give up and begin to order 4 takeaways a week.


Instead start with 1 or 2 better habits such as going for a 15-30minute walk 3 times a week, eat more fruit and veg instead a processed snacks. When these have become part of your routine this is when you can progress them, walk for longer or 5 times a week...maybe even start to jog a little. With nutrition you might want to start a food diary, its amazing what happens when you write down the food you've eaten throughout the day as you may find you're eating much less or more than you should.


The gym is not the only way to get fit (I know, I don't know why I'm say this when I want you to train with me to pay my never ending mortgage) but the only way to get fit, but more importantly STAY FIT is by doing exercise you ENJOY.
